1. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and play our games on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these terms and the usage rules of the store you got the game from.

2. What you may not do

Unless the law expressly allows it, you may not:

• copy, sell, rent, lend, distribute, or publicly perform the game or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the game, or attempt to extract its source code or level data, except to the extent applicable law permits this despite this restriction;
• modify the game or create derivative works from it, or remove copyright or other notices;
• use the game for any unlawful purpose.

You may share screenshots and videos of your play for non-commercial purposes, such as on social media or video sites.

3. Ownership

The games, including their code, levels, design, artwork, sounds, names and logos (such as “Pulse Paths” and “Xenlix Games”), belong to Xenlix Games and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a licence to use the games, not ownership of them. Some open-source components are used under their own licences; see Licences.

4. Price and purchases

Pulse Paths is currently free to download and contains no in-app purchases or ads. If a future game or version offers paid content, the price will be shown in the store before you buy. Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms.

5. Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change or remove features or levels, fix bugs, or are needed for compatibility. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We try to keep games available, but we may stop offering or supporting a game at any time. Because progress is stored on your device, losing or resetting the device, or uninstalling the game, may permanently delete your progress.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. In short, our games collect no personal data.

7. Disclaimer

We work hard to make our games fun and bug-free, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract under the law of your country.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Xenlix Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the games. Our total liability for any claim relating to a game is limited to the amount you paid for that game, if any. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intent or gross negligence.

9. App store terms

If you download a game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If you download it from the App Store, Apple’s Media Services Terms also apply. If these terms conflict with the store’s mandatory terms, the store’s terms take priority for that conflict.

10. Additional terms for Apple devices

If you got the game from Apple’s App Store:

• These terms are between you and Xenlix Games only, not Apple. Xenlix Games, not Apple, is solely responsible for the game and its content.
• Your licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
• If the game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.
• Xenlix Games, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection or privacy claims, and claims that it infringes a third party’s intellectual property.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Ending these terms

You can end these terms at any time by uninstalling the game. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. Sections 3 and 7–12 continue to apply after the licence ends.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Xenlix Games is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will post the new version here with a new date. Changes apply from that date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
