Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 November 2026 · Last updated: 5 November 2026

The short version: our games, including Pulse Paths, do not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal data. They work offline, ask for no device permissions, show no ads and have no accounts. Your game progress stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Xenlix Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and publishes mobile games, including Pulse Paths. For any data we do process (see sections 6 and 7), we are the data controller. You can reach us at support@xenlixgames.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to our mobile games (currently Pulse Paths for Android and iOS) and to this website, xenlixgames.com. If a future game works differently, for example if it adds online features, we will update this policy before that version is released and describe the change here.

3. Data in our games

Pulse Paths does not collect any personal data. In particular, the game:

  • does not connect to the internet and does not send any data to us or to anyone else;
  • requests no device permissions (no location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or storage access);
  • contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software;
  • has no user accounts, logins, chat or social features;
  • has no in-app purchases.

4. Data stored on your device

To work properly, the game saves a small amount of information in its own private storage on your device. This information never leaves your device and we cannot access it.

The game turns off system backup of its data, so this information is not copied to cloud backups. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

5. App stores

You download our games from Google Play or Apple’s App Store. Google and Apple may collect information about your download and device under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. They may share anonymous, aggregated statistics with us (such as download counts, crash rates or country totals). These do not identify you.

6. This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no external fonts or scripts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). When you visit, GitHub's servers may log technical information such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. If you email us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to fix any problem you report (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We don't add you to mailing lists or share your message. We delete support emails once the request is resolved, and at the latest after 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

8. Children

Pulse Paths is suitable for all ages. Because the game collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children. This is consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because our games collect no personal data, there is usually nothing for us to provide. If you have emailed us, you can use these rights at any time by writing to support@xenlixgames.com. We do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA.

10. Deleting your data

All game data lives on your device. To delete it, uninstall the game, or clear its storage:

  • Android: Settings → Apps → Pulse Paths → Storage → Clear storage.
  • iPhone / iPad: delete the app (press and hold its icon → Remove App → Delete App).

To delete any email you sent us, write to support@xenlixgames.com.

11. Security

Because the game never transmits data, nothing can be intercepted on the way to us. Your progress is protected by your device's own app sandbox and security.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how our games handle data, we will update this page and the dates at the top before the change takes effect. If the change is significant, we will also announce it in the game's store release notes.
